Winthrop is located in North Central Washington . Our department is a five person department with three full time Deputy Marshal's. Our office is located in downtown Winthrop under Town Hall. The town of Winthrop is a tourist destination for many outdoor enthusiasts. Because of Winthrop's history the town has been developed in a Western theme. Many people will find enjoyment just walking the streets of Winthrop and noticing the beauty in the town. However, for those of you that enjoy the outdoors the Methow Valley provides some of the most diverse terrian from skiing and snowmobiling in the winter to biking, hiking, climbing and hunting in the summer and fall.
